In July 2025, we travelled to Naarm (Melbourne) on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples to attend the Annual Australian Marine Science Association Conference. Lloyd Pigram, Dean Mathews, Jason Richardson, Chris Cleguer, Danielle Godwin, and Jenna Hounslow represented the project team, giving an oral and a poster presentation, attending inspiring and important sessions, and of course networking with and learning from marine research all over Australia. We thank our funders and donors for supporting conference registration fees and travel expenses.
